Settling Auc - No line items

I am held up with an issue.

I am executing an AuC settlement to fixed assets using Tcode AIAB. Distribution rules have been entered. Asset class (AuC) has already been created with 'line item settlement'. However while executing the AIAB system throwing a message that 'asset has no line items to settle'. Where could I am be going wrong ?

The error is 'asset has no line items to settle'. Can you please check the whether any posting has been done to AUC or not.

Goto TCode OAOA and select your asset class and select radio button "Line item settlement" .

Perhaps you mist a step?

In AIAB you select the AUC on the next screen you see the lines:

Select the line and fill in the distribution rule.

Save the rule

Click on Settlement or start transaction AIBU

In the AUC you can see the postings

It is important that you have selected in asset class (TC V AUC) Status Of AUC line item settlment

When you use Investment measure then the settlement is from in investement orde/WBS and you can't use AIAB

There should be a value on the AUC. and the asset value dat should net before the asset values date from the posting on the AUC
