HI Sapgurus,

i have an issue,

purchase grp1:- manager

purcahse grp2 :- asst manager

plz let me know the release procedure becose i am getting for release procedure for other unwanted purchase groups too,whic hactually it shiuld not pop out.

Hi,

The release strategy gets effected based on the characteristic values maintained for the release strategy/ class in transaction CL24N.

Check the Values for assignment in the applicable release strategy/Class, and enter only those P.Groups which you require the release.

Hope you have also Maintained Charectersitc for Purchase Group in CT04. Now got o Same Transaction and in Values tab Remove the Unwanted Purchase Groups and Save.

Do the Same in Release Strategy Classification tab Also.

Go in CT04 and remove unwanted Values for your Characteristic
