Hello,

I'm having the same error and I have tried the things that you have stated above but it did not correct the issue. I am including the error I'm getting also. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! I have been working on this same issue for about a week now.

Hi,

I have couple of steps for you. However, I don't know how far these are helpful to you.

1.Start SAPinst with:

sapinst SAPINST_SKIP_ERRORSTEP=true

Search in keydb.xml for the string "SAPINST_INST_STATUS" and then for "ERROR", and set it to "OK".

2.set Max Heap Size from 1024m to 256m.

and set -Xms Size from 1024m to 256m in config tool.

To check that SLD is already running and the import of the CR content was performed successfully, proceed as follows:

1. Open a browser window.

2. Go to http://<host>:<port>/sld/.

3. Choose 'Administration' and then 'Details'.

4. Choose 'Data'.

5. Check 'SAP CR Content Version (sld/active)'.

Hope it helps.

Cheers,

Satish.
