My Favourite Products in B2B

Hi

We have an requirement where we need to Capture "my favorite products" for a particular B2B user. These are the products which the dealer usually orders.

Please let me know the configuration steps for the same. Or any other way to do it.

If this is only for one B2B User and not a whole site full of Users (Dealers), just create a Template for them.

Getting users smart enough to Create Order from Template and not just continually creating templates and then calling to ask why their 'order' hasn't arrived yet proves to be a bit of a daunting task...

You can leverage Order Template objects for such innovative usage. We have successfully done this. But this is 100% custom solution.

For every Sold-To, Web Shop, Contact person combination, we will create an order template (on need basis) in the Favorite feature.
