Dear sir/madam,
PLD is not opening. Cannot able to view the Print Preview and also PLD designer. Cannot able to print any documents in SAP business One.
How to solve it. Kindly help.
It seems that a printer has not been setup on the system you are using Business One.
Please go to Control Panel > Printers and setup a default printer

Which document are you trying?
The error is point towards a document template corruption.

You should have an SUser Id to access the SAP SMB Portal. If you dont have one, you can ask for your SAP Administrator in your Company.

There are empty templates in the database, which don't contain any fields, but are still shown in the list of templates.
Trying to open such a template displays the following error message: 'No matching records found RITM'.
Upgrading a database that contains such templates might cause various template corruptions, such as:
1. Fields background becomes black
2. Fields positions changes
3. The formulas in Formula fields can change

Before upgrading the database, run the following query:
select *
from rdoc
where doccode not in (select distinct doccode from ritm)
If the query retrieves any results, please contact your Support Center.
