Leave Request is Auto Approve

Hi All.

I'm having an issue where submitted leave request is in "APPROVED" status even before reach approver for approval process. It's kind of auto approve.

This type of leave request is subject for approval. We configured it in "Processing Processes for Types of Leave" with option "Request Have To Be Approved".

Is there any other configuration to make this request not auto-approve?

I think you have some problem in workflow.

My workflow not started yet since the status is "APPROVED".

Anyway I put three different workflows (Leave Request, Cancel and Change) in Leave configuration.

Only when document status "Sent" should start workflow
