Automatic Email at status change.
I need your help about this:
I am configuring Service Desk Specific Scenario Settings -> Automatic Email at status change.
I made the configuration suggested as described SAP Note 691303.
Also I configured the status profile SLFN0002 and the Action profile SLFN0001_advanced, and assigned the status profile and action profile to the transaction type SLFN.
When we change the status of messages from "New" to "In process, the "AUTOMATIC EMAIL CREATION" action is getting generated and is shown in the "action" tab of the message with the status "Incorrectly processed". The description of the error message is as follows:
1) No communication data could be determined from address
No communication data could be determined from address
Message no. SPPF_MEDIA032
No recipient could be determined for the transferred address.
Processing cannot be performed.
Check whether address data has been entered in the central address administration
for the required processing type.
2) No Recipient Is Available
3) Action could not be successfully executed
We have maintained email address of the business partener reporting the message in
Service desk in the transaction BP as well using transaction SU01 in SAP.
Business partners emails are mantained too.
SCOT is correctly configured and working OK.
Can you please suggest?
