Problem with Rehiring action..

Hi experts...

Here im facing a problem while im running the Rehiring Action.

it is regarding with Communications IT with customised subtype.

Here im trying to give the same subtype Information which was used by the same employee previously.

when im trying to use the same subtyoe info it is throwing the error message "'that number is already used for another employee,assign another number"

Here we want to use the same number which was used previously.

Please advice me on the change should we made for the previous action and current rehiring action.

Hi Vicky

If subtype is other than 0001 then you can check timeconstraint & change it to 3 , it will allow you multiple entries or check if the error is come from some user exit.

If subtype is 0001 then you should not change time constraint.

Hi,

Please change the value of IT 105 before Rehiring for Eg i am having the value 1234 in IT 105 change that value to 1234a then run Re hiring action and maintain 1234 in IT105.

In that earlier action we have delimited the particular communication type.

As the company needs the particular employee to be rehired..im uanble to save the particular communications subtype.

What should we change to save the particular communications subtype in rehiring action.

The error it is showing up is "That no. already used for an employee.assign another one".

The particular communication type should be similar according to client requirment.

Is there any option otherthan changing Timconstraint3.

What should we change to save the particular communications subtype in rehiring action.

Hi Experts...

There is no communications IT in Infogroup of Rehiring.Infact it has to DElimited in Termination Action.

In Termination action the operation is LIS9 which is DELIMIT.

But This Specific customised Sbutype is taking the delimit date as termination date,Where it has delimited upto 31.12.9999

Please advice me to get the particular communication is to be delimited upto 31.12.9999.

Why the system is not delimiting particular Communications Subtype with the date 31.12.9999

Even in Hiring action also i m unable to change the date

as 31.12.9999.

It is showing the same error.

Please advice to have the same comminication Id as also same

after performing the rehiring Action.

did u check subtype TC

and one more thing is that number which ur showing is alloted to some body and now it is being alloted to some one right

so there might be the data in clusters of that number in the clusters with tht PERNR Number

this is just a guess

check tc class of infotpe 0105 and also subtype

Hi vicky,

Are you trying to create 0001 subtype?

If so, system does not allow to assign the same user name to more than one employee.

If that user name is assigned to another person's (or previous record of the same personnel) IT0105, then you need to first clear it.

Everything is fine except the entering the details with a communication type with customised Subtype.

Here we want to retain the same subtype info what was there in previous action.

When im trying to put the same info..it is throwing the error message.."the number already used for one employee assign another number.."

What is the time constraint of your customized subtype?

Could you pls check it thru V_T591A??

The time constraint for particular customized subtype is 2.

For modifacations should i change it to Time constraint 3.
