Maintain archiving parameter(s) for output type ZD01 (appl. V3)

Hi Colleagues

Trying to store an Invoice billing document output (PDF) to the archive storage area, however, I receive the following error message

Maintain archiving parameter(s) for output type ZD01 (appl. V3)

Where do I assign these parameters against my output type, does anyone know the transaction

Hi Steve,

It is not output type ZD01 but it is Document type ZD01.

Please chech in OAC2 for document type ZD01, if this document type is present then goto OAWD (OAD5) > It is the customzing wizard for setting the archiving parameter.

Here you have to mention document type ZD01 > document class as PDF and

later proceed further with continue button > system will ask for Object type - mention as VBRK, mention content repository, mention storage scenario, and transaction code as VF03.

You can create a new parameter > metion what type of storage scenario you are looking for (Assuming your will be late store scenario).

In this wizard > it will ask for User who is responsible for processing the job.

After successfully processing the customizing wizard then you work with the transaction OAD5 (OAWD) or with GOS to store your invoice document which is in PDF format.
