SOAP ADAPTER Exception

Hello ,

In Production Environment,We are getting the SOAP Adapter SocketTimeoutException.Could you any one give the cause of the error and solution to avoid this kind of exceptions...

Hi,

Check the end-point url used in SOAP adapter is working fine. If in case the Web application is down then you may get this kind of error.

Also, by default the Web service client socket timeout is set to 60. Try changing this parameter in the Visual Administrator: Server -> Services -> Web Services Container on the Settings tab.
