Is it possible to maintain the Po Doc type No. Range with Leading zeros?
Ex:if the doc No. is 123, it should display as 00000123
That is standard SAP functionality Without making changes in SAP code , i dont think your requirement is possible.

This is not possible in the ME23N,but if you want to have it in the custom reports you can use the conversion exit function module.

The system by default precedes zeroes based on the maximum range specified by you. Like if you have provided the no. range between 1 to 999999, then the system shows the no. range as 000001, and so on..
