Performence assistant

Hi,

This is Y ravichandra ... I am using SAP in Windows XP and when ever the error came , in the performence assistant window the details is not displaying .. normally when ever we doule click the error the message will be displayed regarding the performence assistant ... can any body help me out ..

if using SAPGUI 6.40 with an old patch level and using IE 7, then this will occur. go get the latest SAPGUI 6.40 patch from ftp://ftp.sap.com/pub/sapgui/win/640/patches/ and try gain.
