Contracts created in R/3 not displayed in EBP

Hi,

I understand that there is a standard functionality in EBP that the contracts cretaed in R/3 will automatically reflect in the EBP while creating the SC for the same combination. Iam able to reflect the contracts made in the quality system R/3 to the EBP QA system without any config made. But when i try to create to do the same in Dev its not working i.e the R/3 contracts are not been displayed in the EBP. Please advise what would be wrong here.
