Early watch report is not coming in Solution Manager

Hi All,

Since Last few weeks we are not getting Early watch report in SOLUTION_MANAGER, pls find the details of the log-:

Hello Prashant,

Please check the RFC's to Satellite system are working fine.

also check from satellite system that you are able to connect to SOL MAN system thru RFC's.

Thanks for ur reply,yes i have checked the all 3 RFC's are they are fine.

Early watch report for SAP 4.0B is not coming because few Interfaces have been found missing in SDCCN logs.

Note 69455 and 539977 has to be implemented to solve this issue.

After running the Program RTCCTOOL I found that above 2 components needs to be updated.

Should I go for it? Can it affect the system performance after updating the components, because this is 4.0B version and in case of any issue SAP will not support.

Welcome

You can go ahead and implement those notes from that RTCCTOOL program.

Actually those two notes are pre requisites of EWA reports.

after you are done with ST-PI and ST-API upgrade you can implement the notes.

Please update once you are done.

Hi Amber,

After running the RTCCTOOL program I got two red marks one for ST-AP/I and other for ST-PI from there only I came to know that I have to upgrade these components. After upgrade I will run the RTCCTOOL report again and will let you know the result.

Hi Amber,

I have already downloded the required patches but our clientis hesitating to apply those add-on because SAP version is 4.0B which SAP does not support and incase after applying those patches some performance related issues comes then it will be a problem. Do you think there could be any performance related issue?
