Hi,

The shortfall quantity is ( PR Quantity - GRN Quantity ).

Requirement Qty is PR Quantity.

I am not sure about the Quantity Withdrawn.

Regards,

Amit

Requirement qty: Qty of material you have assigned to activity

Qty withdrawn: Qty issued to activity

Shortfall: Req qty - (Qty withdrawn + Qty in stock)

Hi,

Shortfall = Req qty - (Qty withdrawn + Qty in stock)

? = 60 - {0+(-310)}

but system is showing shortfall as 0 in CN52N.

Pls comment.

Thanks,

Amit.

Hi,

How can stock be negative? Stock should be +310.

If your stock is 310 then system calculation to show shortfall 0 is correct. Basically negative shortfall has no meaning as existing stock is capable to handle your requirement hence shortfall can be positive or zero (zero in case of negative also as requiremnt is fulfilled)

Hope this helps.
