Retrieve old values of a variant

Hi,

I changed the values of a variant and saved it. However i want to know the earlier value of that variant. Is it possible to retrieve that?

hi,

i dont think you can retrive data of your previous variant but you can know the details like when and who has changed the variant.

you can get that details from VARID table.

ya i knw tht, but trying to knw if there is any method to retrieve tht data

Hi, please use the report RSVARDOC_NEW.

Works somehow even with dynamic variants like &0000000000000 or &0000000000001

After correction, you can review your old variant in SM37 -> Dispay Job -> Step -> Menu: Go-To -> Variant
