i referred teh blog ,
for configuring service desk .
we are susing solution manager 7.0 . but certain BC sets listed in the blogs are pertained to 3.2 version .
some of those BC sets could not be found in solution manager 7.0
could you please guide me on ,
BC sets to be activated for service desk in solution manager 7.0?
what are the uses of activating these BC sets ?

These BC sets actually carry out some standard setting across your system.

In IMG doc select BC sets and active them. It helps service desk functionality to work smooth.

BC-Sets (Business Configuration Sets) are sets of customizing settings which apply to a certain scenario.
Please have a look at note 898614.
