Drawing attached in material

dear sap gurus

my problem is ...I have attached a drawing in my material as excel sheet...now i want to see that attachment during creation of PR & PO screen also.

which settings should I dofor that.

you can ask your ABAP programmer to open the drawing using the Smart-Form this will help the end user to see the drawing only when he runs the output (print preview).

hi

try this

go to ur pr or po (edit mode)

select ur item then below the item details u will find a attachment icon ,click on it u will get the attachments from mat master
