0material_Attr datasourc replication issue

Hi experts,

I have a strange scenario here. I actiavted 0MATERIAL_ATTR datasource in DEV(ECC) and replicated the same in DEV (BI).Its available to me as a 3.x datasource

I transported the Datasource to QA(ECC) and when i replicate the datasource in BI(QA),this datasource is inactive and when i activate it the system does not prompt me naything and its available as 7.0 Datasource.

When i used Tcode RSDS and try to change it,got the message this is not 3.X datasource hence cannot be migrated.

Tried deleting the datasource and rpeliacting the datasource and everytime it shows up as 7.0 datasource instead of 3.x datasource.

Would really appreciate if anyone could advise on this?what could the possible reason be and how to resolve this?
