"delete session 001 after error 061" in sm21

Hi guys,

many message like "delete session 001 after error 061" in sm21. Please advise how to fix it ?

I know this error can occur is the following:

User is logged onto the system; he logs in again with the same ID - he

will get a pop up window for 3 options:

1. continue with this log on and terminate other logon

2. continue this log on without ending other logon

3. terminate this logon

If the customer chose option 1, then his previous session in the

system will be ended, and the above 061 message is issued.

Hi,

Please define the parameter login/disable_multi_gui_login=1 in the default profile and activate it..

Ofcourse you can enable this parameter, but then you will get only two options Windows.

But Most of the time users dont prefer this option.

Hi,

This could also be due to network problems. Do you see errors like 'Connection reset by peer' in the syslog?

thanks. there is no 'Connection reset by peer' message in sm21.
