Partner Re-Determination

Hi,

We are using CRM 5.0 and the issue is related to partner function redetermination.

When I create an interaction record, the IC Agent partner is picked as per the determination rule (current logged user) using the standard determination rule: 00000002 - Business Activities.

But when I go back and edit/change the same IC Record, the partner function IC Agent is getting redetermined and it changes to the current logged user and not retaining the initial agent who created the IC Record.

Partner Determination Procedure: 00000002

Partner Function: Interaction Center Agent

I have also tried creating a Z procedure and assigning different access sequences, still the issue remains.

I tried with these 3 access sequences:

1) Business Partner Relationships: Activity Partner -> User

2) Preceding Document -> User

3) User

I tried with these Determination Times

1) Recurring

2) When Saving

I have already applied the following 2 Notes before:

Note 1257955 - Partner determination from preceding document

Note 600116 - Problems with assigning IC agent to business transaction

Still no use,

any suggestions?
