Getting breakup of absence data

Hi,

My query is more technical than functional, but since it relates strictly to HR-PT i have put it into this part of the forum.

Can any one tell me how to query absence detail on a daily breakup as put into PTMW. Query on 2001 or calling functional modules on AB structure provide with a commulated line giving hours of absence over a continued period. Consider the following example,

A person is absence the whole week. I need detail of hours of daily absence for each day of the week. Infotype 2001 has only commulated hours with an endda and begda.

Another way would be to get the time type used for absences from the cluster B2 and ZES table

I am afraid the structure ZES does not report on absences. Only AB does.

If there is a time type created for the absences and used in the rules,ZES shown that time type.

To get the hours for the absence you will need to check info type 0007 (Planned working time), from there the Period work schedule and then the Daily work schedule to get the hours per day for the absence.
