Local Private Objects can not be repaired

Dear Experts ,

I have installed business content info object 0LOGSYS.I tried to assign it to a development class but by default in got assigned to $TEMP . Later I tried changing this package in so many ways , In Transport connection - > Change Package , T.code SE03 - > Change Object Directory entries and so on ...

When I try to change the package , It fails with a message

" Local Private Objects can not be repaired " .

How to change the package for this info object ?

Go to infoobject in RSA1->double click the object->extras->object directry entry->infoobject->assign the package here

Re-install the object from BC and create a request.
