About standalong DB system

dear all,

I want to install standalong db system.

I've installed oracle client software and CI on the host A, and oracle server software on the host B.

Now I install DBI on the host B with error.

If you go for as per installation guide then you will not find any problem.

I hope you've followed the installation guide for doing the installation

you can find the inst guide for ERP, at service.sap.com/instguides >SAP Business suite > ERP > Installation > Select SAP ERP 6.0 SR3 - Installation docuement.

The error screen shows "sap/sapmnt doesn't exist"

have you verified, this is there or not..? sapmnt is the share point name for /usr/sap. if not done already, you can right click on sap folder, sharing and security, add the share name as sapmnt.
