Communication method PRT not updated from backend

Hi

I am in SRM, 5.0.

When replicating vendors from ECC the communication method will not be set in EBP if other than e-mail. This applies to new vendors through BBPGETVD as well as for updated vendors through BBPUPDVD and BBP_VENDOR_SYNC.

Removing a communication method (e-mail) and the e-mail address through an update from ECC is not replicated either.

I don't get any errors or information in the application log (SLG1).

Any ideas?

Hi Ulf

PRT dont transfer while doing BBPGETVD.

but you can transfer vendor data without mail id also. I have transfered many vendors without mail id.

Create one oss message against sap.

Note 1171493 - Send Medium not updated for Business Partner

Note 667327 - BBPGETVD/BBPUPDVD: Transmission medium fax not transferred.

Note 1128699 - BBP_UPDATE_PORG does not update bbp_sendmedium table.
