bo prompts -partial data - help needed

Hi All,

Sorry for the beginners question.

on one of my reports(6.5 webi) I have a prompt that is a list of values of the customers names.

this works fine but one of my users sees only partial data I tried it on many other users and they all see the correct data

I have the same issue. I have administrator rights and i still get partial data. Someone please help!

Hi ,

It seems there are some Row Level Restriction applied for that particular user at the Designer level.

To check thisjust log on to Designer.

Import the Universe.

Go to Tools --> Manage Security --> Manage Acces Restrictions.

Just remove the restrictions for this user if any.

Hi,

Please logon to Administrator and check if you had given any restrictions for the user or check for the SQL in the Reports pannel in the were clause if you see any Condition for that User.

Hi All,

I checked both issues and there re no such restrictions or sql issues.

is there a chance that there is something in the registry or something that is unique to this client machine?

(I know this is is webi but this is the only thing that I can think about)
