Hi,
When i save an order, the mail should go to my customer.
What is needed?

Many threads on this are available. Please search the forums.
1) SAPConnect configuration to be done by BASIS guys to set up internet mail.
2) Output type configuration to be done from SD side to include medium 5 i.e. external send.
Note that there is no additional ABAP work involved.
