I have a requirement .
I have a submit button on my main page .
On click of this button(submit) a popup page should appear where he should enter the mandatory values.
Once he enters the values on the popup page and click on submit(pop up page) .
I should trigger the server event of submit button(on my main page).This in turn calls a bapi and save the data to the database.
In short: How do i trigger a server side event of the main page from a java script(pop up page).
