Problem after coping BW develop system to sandbox BW system (2)

Hi

I have develop system named BD and Sandbox system named BS.

I copy BD to BS.

After reconfiguration new BS system i send data from R3 sandbox system to PSA of new BS system without errors.

Data went to ODS also without errors.

But during activation ODS I get message:

"There is no PSA for InfoSource 8ODS and source system BD" (name of old BW system)

After using BDLS i do not get any entry with name "BD".

Activation of transfer rules using FM "RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL" no return errors.

How to resolve this problem?

HI Adam,

This is a common problem when you are copying a BW system to another BW system.

Pls follow the steps outlined as below:

1. Execute transaction "RSSGPCLA".

2. Set the status of the programs belonging to program classes "RSDRO_ACTIVATE", "RSDRO_UPDATE"

and "RSDRO_EXTRACT" to "Generation required".

3. To do the step2, select the program class and then activate the "Set statuses" button.

IMPORTANT: Reset the three named program classes only.
