B2B order screen layout

Hello Folks,

Do we need to do any specific SAP CRM Configuration settings for the visibility of the B2B sales order screen ? Any specific setting to make that sales order screen scrollable etc.

Hi,

There are no settings for Order screen to Scroll or Not Scroll.

If you are using Portal then its the problem with the view and not with the order screen. Just check for the height and width parameters in the view.

If you are not using portal then it would be your browser related issue.

Hi Satish,

I am using the ICSS_B2B scenario but we are able to create and display thae complaint and service request but we want to change the status of service request and complaint but we can't.

I also want to add some coloum in the search display list as detail of service request and complaint.

Please tell me how it possible.
