Problems in implementing SSO

Hi All,

I require to implement a SSO between a SAP system and the portal.The SAP system has been configured to accept SSO Login Tickets. The scenario works perfectly when using the same login credentials for both SAP system and the portal.

However, when using different Login Ids,the SSO fails to work.I have created a reference system in the portal.But when the Login method for the reference system is given as SAPLOGONTICKET, it doesnt appear in the User Mapping Options in User Administration.

Could anyone help me out with this?

Hi Gaurav,

For SSO to work for different Login Ids, select the login method as UIDPW(user id,password) in the system.

Then the system will appear in User Mapping options in User Administration.

After that you can assign to any user.
