reporting structure

Hi Gurus,

I have one senario . when ever manger excute the report then

report should display list of employee numbers who is reporting to the manager.

Please provide some inputs like is thare any function module .

Hi Naresh,

According to me, the End user can see the reporting structure in following ways:

1. PPMDT: Manager Desktop. Here he can find the list of employees reporting to him

2. PO13: Position: Here he finf the relationships

3. HIS: here he can find the graphical view of the reporting structure

The best is he find through Manager's Desktop

Hi

You can use the FM RH_STRUC_GET and as mentiond above get first position of manager by relation B008 (wegid for the FM) or get position of mgr from IT-0001 then use this FM with that position as OBJID then relation B002 (wegid) and get all the posiiton who report to him , from this position get the holders with relation A008 then from pernr (sobid) you can get other details

Hi Naresh,

You can try like this

First find the position of Manager from 0001 (OR) using relation B008 .

Then find all the subordinate posiitons using relation A002 .

Find Personnel numbers for that positions using Relation A008
