PO material type header problem

Sir i wish to create PO according to material type how to do this ?

Hi,

You can control this by selecting or deselecting the "Purchasing" view for the Material Type in OMS2

For the material types which will be used for PO creation select the "Purchasing" view in OMS2 and also maintain the material master for this view in MM01. And for the material types which will not be used for PO creation deselect the "Purchasing" view in OMS2 so user will not maintain the "Purchasing" view in material master in MM01 so Purchase order will not get processed.

GO to OMS2 trxn code and Select the Purchasing View in User Department Tab and if you have maintained Material Master Record with that Material Type then You can Create Purchase Order.

The Views you can see in OMS2 trxn is called User dept tab..
