Delivery comp indicator can be used in the GR, when you think there shd be no further delievry for the req. qty....

When you set it, it is expected that there will be not further delivery for the same, but can be done...but it doesnot effect the Open PO qty....

Hi,

You can activate "Delivery Completed" indicator in PO (ME22N), for the PO line item in "Delivery" tab if further GR is not expected.

If you don't want to allow user to ammend PO the at the time of GR in MIGO, under "Purchase Order" tab, you can select value as "Set" for Delivery Completed field if further GR is not expected, it will mark "Delivery Completed" indicator in PO automatically for that line item in "Delivery" tab.

Hi

delivery complete indicator is available in purchase order in delivery tab at item level. activate this indicator in purchase order and save it. once goods recipet is done then in the purchase order history you can find the delivery completed indicator with tick mark for purchase order.

delivery complete indicator will also be available in "migo" also at item level in purchase order tab i guess please check it.

Hi,

"Delivery Completed" Indicator"

The "delivery completed" indicator specifies whether a purchase order item is considered closed. This means that no more goods receipts are expected for this item. If the "delivery completed" indicator is set, the open purchase order quantity becomes zero, even if the full quantity has not been delivered. It is still possible to post goods receipts of remaining quantities, but these no longer change the open purchase order quantity.

In Customizing for Inventory Management, you can define that the u201Cdelivery completedu201D indicator is set automatically in the order if:

- the total quantity was delivered

- the underdelivery or overdelivery lies within the tolerances

If an underdelivery lies outside the tolerances, you can set this indicator manually for the order item during entry of the goods receipt to indicate that delivery for the order item is to be considered complete.

If you enter a return delivery or reversal for an item whose "delivery completed" indicator has already been set, so that the delivered quantity falls below the underdelivery tolerance limit, the u201Cdelivery completedu201D indicator is automatically reset. In this case, the system issues a warning message informing you that the u201Cdelivery completedu201D indicator has been reset. If you are not expecting another delivery, you can reset the u201Cdelivery completedu201D indicator manually. After you do this, the system will no longer change the u201Cdelivery completedu201D indicator automatically.

The u201Cdelivery completedu201D indicator has the following effects:

- The purchase order item is considered closed, even though the total quantity may not have been delivered.

- Although a further delivery is not expected, it is still possible.

- At the time of the next goods receipt, the system suggests the item as unselected.

- The purchase order item can be deleted, even if the total quantity was not delivered.

Although the u201Cdelivery completedu201D indicator is not set, a purchase order item is still considered closed if the full quantity has been delivered. In this case, the u201Cdelivery completedu201D indicator is not required.
