Dear All,

Can anybody provide me with the MRP pricing configuration steps as the my requirement is as follows:-

Details of MRP pricing followed:-

E.G.

Categories is MRP Type greater (<) 190 or > 190

There are two types of prices for the same product one is per bag price and other is per ton price, the calculation for the same is as follows:-

Please Note: The net weight of the each bag is 50kg and in one MT you have 20bags

MRP is 255/- per bag

Metric Ton Price is 4960/-

The VAT is taken out on ton price, @ 12.5%

4960 = 4408.89

1.125

VAT value for per ton is 4960-4408.89 = 551.11

Excise duty is calculated on MRP price, @ 12%

Therefore 255 x 20 = 5100 x 12% = 612 (Excise Duty)

Excise Duty = 612.00

Ecess @ 2% = 12.24

H.Sc.cess@ 1% 6.12

630.36

4408.89 (Value after deducting the VAT from per metric ton price)

-630.36 (Value after calculation of excise on MRP)

3778.53

3778.53

-730.00 (Freight Amount per ton basis)

3048.53

3048.53

- 90.00 (Packaging cost per ton)

2958.53 (Basic Value per ton)

Therefore if you add all the components it should come to 4960 per ton, and in the invoice it should be displayed in a similar manner.

Basic Price 2958.53

630.36

730.00

90.00

551.11

4960.00

Hi,

There is a standard pricing procedure delivered with SAP, (RVAB01 Tax Included in Price), may be from this you have to tune it to accomodate indian taxation. This pricing procedure use the concepts of MRP.

hello, friend.

do i understand correctly that your requirement is for different prices depending on the volume of sales (i.e. make-to-order scenario or depending on volume to be produced)? if so, then your requirement could be addressed by pricing scales, available when you create pricing condition records via VK11 or VK31.

however, will check if scales apply to taxes.

regards.
