DELEVERY ADDRESS IS NOT UPDATE IN SAP R/3 SYSTEM

Hi,

i create a purchase order in SRM system but i put this purchase order in SAP R/3 DELEVERY ADDRESS IS different in SRM SYSTEM and SAP R/3.

kindly give me soulation ASAP.

this is standard system behaviour.

address which you have maintained in SRM will not be transfered to R/3 , delivery address in the R/3 purchase order will be the address of the plant which you have used in the SRM system when creating the shopping cart..

The issue is that when we create a purchase requisition through SRM the delivery address is correctly passed to the R/3, then y not for a purchase order?

hi ,

technically i know the difference why there is difference between the delivery address in purchase order and the purchase requisition ..

you can further enquire with SAP why the difference between the two.

for purchase order --->

1) transaction --> se24 ---> CL_BBP_BS_ADAPTER_PO_CRT_40B

2)double click on method --> create_document

3) you can find the function --> CALL FUNCTION 'BBP_PO_CREATE_40B' and the parameter

• poaddrdelivery = as_po_out-poaddrdelivery " not used in SRM

for purchase requisition -->

1) transaction --> se24 --> CL_BBP_BS_ADAPTER_RQ_CRT_40B

2) double click on method --> create_document

3) you will find the function --> CALL FUNCTION 'BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE'

as_rq_out-requisition_addrdelivery

so effectively , purchase requisition uses --> delivery address given by SRM and

purchase order does not use --> delivery address given by SRM.
