How to increase the number of export sessions allowed ?

Hello,

We are using NW04s SP14.

When I try to export a KM configuration I am getting this error:

An error occured while trying to run an export Cannot start an export: ImportExportConfigException: The maximum number of export sessions allowed (1) has been reached

Also, "Start" is the only option available for me under Actions, so I can't stop/suspend an existing one.

Someone else has already started a KM transport and he can see all the options in the Actions menu, I assume that's because he is the owner of this tp.

My questions are:

1. Is it possible to increase the number of export sessions allowed to more than 1 and if yes then how?

2. How can I gain access to the one we have already opened under my user ?

Hallo Roy,

we are facing your problem.

As a workaround, we suggest you to not try to close the "running in waiting" page which the error occurs in, but to perform the following:

a- refresh the iview through the command in iview tray (in order to reobtain the menu for Actions, see below)

b- then, menu Actions -> Export -> Resume

c- then, menu Actions -> Export -> Cancel
