CATS - Approved Hrs transfer to CO to be cancelled

Hi,

Time sheet entered in CAT2; approved through CATS_APPR_LITE and transfered those Hours to Controlling through CAT7.

Now I would like to Cancle the Hours which were transfered to Controlling earlier. Could you let me know is this possible, if so please let me know the process and T-Code.

Hi,

you need not run CAT7.

You have to run only CAT6, that will only transfers your records to PA30 (master data).

If you you CATA, for transfering time sheet components,

Under Target components, you can only select Human Resources, leave Controlling.

This will solve your problem.

Thanks for immediate reply.

My problem is not with hours transfering to HR, it is with Controlling only. Hours which were transfered to CO are going for billing the client.
