Problems with Administrator role

Hello,

I have problems with Administrator role in EP7.0. For some reason I can't see the tabs of portal content and etc when the role is assigned.

When I assign only that role to a user, i get an error:

" Page not found or not available "

Any idea ?

Dimitry,

there can be several reasons for this problem

are you accessing portal using fully qualified domain name(http://server:port/) instead of ip

is it happening in all the browsers

is it happening for all the users and for all the roles

Hi,

-I'm using http://server:port and always this.

-it is hapenning in explorer and we always used explorer.

-it is happening only for "administrator" role. Any user that has this role,

should be able to make adminstrative work with "Portal content", "user admin", "system admin".

the tabs doesn't appear.

Hi Dimitry,

Try re-assigning the role.

Same thing has occured with me but next moment it was working fine.

you are assigning the Super-Admin role to the user, right???
