update table BSEG - modify HBKID / HKTID

Can you please help me on the following issue?

I need to update the field HBKID and HKTID in the table BSEG.

Is there any Function module or BAPI to do that?

You can use FM CHANGE_DOCUMENT.

I've jet used fm CHANGE_DOCUMENT.

I've filled every fields of table T_BSEG but never changes i can see in table BSEG .
