Orders without cost

Hi,

We have some PM orders where no cost is involved. So we are not maintaining the settlement rule for those orders. During Collective settlement run, system is giving error for those orders for not maintaining the settlement rule. Our order cost is zero and so we dont want to maintain the settlement rule for the same. How to prevent the error during collective settlement or how to prevent these orders from including into the settlement run.

Thanks & Regards,

Gobikannan

Dear Gobikannan,

If you can provide me with the transaction you are using and the 5 digit error code you receive I will be better able to find an accurate solution for this issue.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding, it is greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Brendan

Execute the settlement setting the indicator 'Check trans. data' under processing options

You have two options, either create a settlement rule, or exclude the order from the settlement run.

You can do the latter in one of two ways, either ensure that the selection criteria you use excludes those orders, or TECO those orders, so that the system will ignore them.

Alternatively, you can just ignore the message....

Hi,

Whether TECOed orders will be ignored from the settlement run?

Gobikannan.

Hi!

Tecoed orderes will not be ignored from the settlement run. After teco, any kind of modification can not be done on production order. But settlement has to perform ideally after doing teco the order.
