Logon using J2EE Engine Visual Administrator

Good Morning,

i need to login to my J2EE Engine Visual Administrator but when i'm trying to do so user sap* is active and i can't logon with other users than that.

How can i change this in order to be able to logon with other users (for example user Administrator and adsuser).

I also need to create new passwords for the users Administrator and adsuser, how can i do that without being able to login to Netweaver Administration?

Hello Pedro,

You are not able to logon in to the system as the Emergency user is active. Please follow the steps below to deactivate the emergency user SAP*

1.Start the Config Tool (<j2ee Root>\configtool\configtool.bat) to edit the UME properties.

2. Switch to Configuration editor mode.

3. Navigate to cluster_data u2192 Serveru2192 cfg u2192 services u2192 Propertysheetcom.sap.security.core.ume.service.

4. Set the parameter: ume.superadmin.activated to the value False

5. Restart the Java cluster.
