Storage Location field not appearing in Mat Doc.

Dear All,

While doing GR 105 for PO, the Storage Location Field is not appearing in Mat Doc. Moreover, the TO is not getting created immediately while saving the Mat Doc. I don't know why this is happening?

The material has both Qty/Value Updation ticked and all other related configuration is perfect like Mvt. Types/Ref. Mvt. Types etc.

Please help to resolve.

Go to tcode OMB3 , check if the auto storage location creation for movement type 105.

Next Go to OMLR and make sure the 105 movement type is in place with Create TR option.

Dear rksap7284,

Thanks for your inputs. As I already mentioned confirguartion is perfect yet there is no St. Loc. field being displayed while Mvt. type. 105. I'll provide more information as below:

- PO has Acct. Ass. Cat as "P" as it has WBS element.

- Material Type is ERSA

- GR 103 has happened.

Hi,

Your account assignment categori is not appropriate. I mean 'P' means that you post the GR for consumption against the WBS element.

So the problem is not with 103 and 105. If you booked the GR with 101, you could se that SAP chooses mvt 101 + account assignment.

Try to use account assignment category 'Q'.
