Hi Experts,
We are implementing negative Time management.
While generating absence quota for person who has joined in mid of year it is not working.
E.g Employee is eligible for 6 days per year of casual leaves but as he has joined in mid of year say in July. While generating quota he should get 3 days in quota. But System is populating 6 days.
Please let me know if any configuration.
Thanks
Sameer
Hi
pl check table V_556A_B whether you have selected Increase or Replace.
Also pl check V_T559L whether you have selected Accrual Entitlement as Prorata Calculation.
If you select Prorata Calculation, The system will devide the yearly entitlement 6 days and add certain amount of quota only from the date of employee joins the organisation.
Hope this solve your porblem.
Please award points.
Regards
venu

you probably need to check your quota generating periods, if they are tallying with your leave cycle for your employees. if you use date of engagement(employment annivesary) for generating for instance and on the other hand you are using calendar year in your generating rules or vice versa this maybe the cause of your problem.
dont hv system at this time.....its quite easy to do,.....
just go to img to following path
"Define Generation Rules for Quota Type Selection"
there will be "Reduction Rule",
use the second option button....(forgot what was its label)
this must solve your problem.
