Could anyone please let me know how to add a checkbox in
SAP scripts?

Hi Anil ,
When you are in edit mode in the window , in the menu you will have the option called Insert , in that select characters and then select SAP Symbols , you can find check box and other symbols there .
So menu path is
Insert>Characters>SAP Symbols.

We cannot use this in the case of scripts,its possible only when we are doing using adobe forms .
