GLAccount for A/p Invoice Service

Hi,

In A/R Invoice For service i can select G/L Account ''Service Revenue that is 400010. But A/P invoice service which account i need to select

AP Invoice of Service Type is used for normally Expenses.

So you can create the G/L in the Expense Drawer of the CoA.

Please consult with your Client's Accountant for Verification

For service type AP Invoice, you can create not only one account but many. Depending on how detail break doen, you may create as much as Gl accounts for you to use. Most of these accounts fill in the expense drawer.
