How to hit excise registers manually

I was just wondering. how can we post to excise register manually through journal entries. If any adjustments need to be made.. how can we do that manually?

Hi,

You can select the CENVAT Component while entring Manual JE's along with Material Type.

Hi Marcella,

For Indian localisation we need to maintain excise registers for all the excisable items. when we do Incomming excise invoice and outgoing excise invoice. our excise register will get effected. This is similar to vat component.

My question is without doing incomming excise or outgoing excise invoice how can we post to excise register manually?
