exists what is the relevance of this

Suppose you are creating a sale order with reference to a contract.

You can create condition record wrt Ref Doc(As contract) and ref Item as item line number combination.

Hi,

If you create a sale order from an existing document i.e., by referencing other document, that time this sales org/reference doc/reference item will be invoked if u maintatin condition record for this key combination..

Dear Friend,

The combination "sales org/ reference document/reference item" refers to the condition record which v might have to maintain for a particular Sales Org. say 'X' n for a particular document being referenced say 'Y' n for a prticular line item no. say '10'.

Thus whenever the condition record corresponding to above condition table "sales org/ reference document/reference item" gets fulfilled the respective condition record (if maintained) will b called i.e the condition record XY10 will b called.
