Reg Payroll run

Hi,

Kindly help me with payroll run.

When I run da payroll it is giving me error msg

"The paydays for the selected payroll periods are not in ascending order"

When i generated the payroll periods the paydates are in ascending order only

eg:

period year from to payday

03 2004 01.04.2004 31.04.2004 11.04.2004

04 2004 01.05.2004 30.05.2004 11.05.2004

May be you ran the payroll on simulation or test not live run

Will you please check it.

Otherwise once you run the payroll on live and check it must come

no i have not selected the test run option..

That issue it got solved manually by entering the values

payrol org->Generate Payroll Periods->Check date of payday.

Now the error is " no entry in t541c table "..

and i even i generated calendar for cumulation..

The result is entries are made in t541c table..

But when i look into da table the entries are not reflected..

did u check 'carry out table changes ' checkbox while generating calender for cumulation..

check it and generate it again.that might be the prob.

I belive that got this problem you got in the pc_payresult when you select the personnel numbers list will come there you might have clicked accidentally on other tab other than payroll period. so it is got sorted according to that column.

you please double click on it payroll period colmun tab and see

the error i got is when i run da live payroll for period (04 2004)..

pc_payresult is giving me the previous period results (03 2004 &02 2004)
