hi Friends,
what is subtransaction type, for what all we have to maintain it , and what is the use,
thanks in advance
Hello
Sub-transaction types are used to further split a posting into a g/l account.
For example GRPO is the transaction type for goods receipt with purchase order. So when you are ssignning g/l accounts we can assign only one against GRPO. So we define a sub-transaction type IP for imports so that we can maintain different accounts for import and domestic purchase.
Hope this helps

hi
Subtrax type along with Excise trax type help in determining GL Acc when excise accounting doc are created.
EG: IP for import sub trax type and excise trax type will be GRPO
SO for GRPO and IP mantain the all the GL acc and dr cr indicator.
